We’re looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to
support our sales operations and help drive business growth. If you’re passionate
about sales, team leadership, and strategic planning — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies
Supervise and support the sales team to meet targets
Maintain and grow relationships with key clients
Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis
Identify new market opportunities and work on lead generation
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
preferred)
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
