We adhere to established governance frameworks, including Danish Committee on Corporate Governance guidelines and input from proxy advisors and international rating agencies.

Governance is overseen by our highest management levels, including the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and Executive Management.

Our commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is deeply integrated into our governance structures. The Board of Directors, along with our Audit Committee, ensures compliance and oversees risk management. The Executive Board executes our ESG strategy, and our Sustainability Board, chaired by our Group CEO, guides our environmental and social initiatives.
